What if I have already claimed my listing but don’t know how to update it?

Either of our packages is still for you. There is plenty to learn and loads of features that you may not know about. We will help you get the maximum value for your business out these free tools.

Do I need a gmail address to set up my Google Account?

If you don’t have gmail don’t worry, you can still set up a Google Account with your current email address. If you are interested in getting G Suite set up for your business please talk to us today.

What if I already have a website?

If you already have a website that’s great, however, it’s still very important to claim your Google listing for you to appear on the Map and in Search results. We will link your existing website to your Google listing, so customers are still directed there after they have visited your listing. To choose this option, select the Google Basic package option.

What if I still need help after the training?

You will receive access to our online training videos after the session. Of course if you still have questions, you can always contact us to arrange another training session at our usual hourly rate.

How long does the Onsite Training take?

We will come to your business and show you everything you need to know to manage your listing on your own phone or computer. The session is strictly limited to 1 hour. During this time we will also take your VR photos.
